Work culture says not to date or marry your reporting employee but managers there take advantage of their designation and do unethical things. Bias of action and more importance to female employees and outsourcing partners. Many managers in Flipkart doesn't even have a degree and get promoted being close to senior management. They ask u to work overtime and on weekends also and there is no extra payout given to any employee. Bias is what you can see in Flipkart.

While other companies like Swiggy, if the employee who works after working hours they are paying for those extra hours, Flipkart won't even pay if we are working for Saturday Sunday. Swiggy pays 4k+ per day if you work on Saturday or Sunday.
