There is no job satisfaction specially in Customer Support field. Let it be an agent, lead or an AM nobody knows what work they have to do. There is no proper training given. Actually the trainers themselves don't know about the work and they expect their agents to behave like an Einstein. On top of that the KRA designed is also very bad. Managers have no idea how a Lead/agent is working. They just want them to work like robots. They don't have skip level meets with the team and when an agent does some mistake, they call an agent in a meet full of leads, AMs and Managers and scold them very badly. It is not an agent's mistake that he or she doesn't know the process, its a managers mistake that they failed at their job informing the training team to give them proper training. Later when they realize that agent doesn't know anything they blame on the lead for not taking care of the agent. However, it was the mistake of the manager to chose such a agent during the interview. It is really hectic in CX process. Its very difficult to survive in such a stupid place. First of all, its true that there is partiality in Flipkart CX Team. Everybody are aware of drama going on in Flipkart, many have escalated about the romance happening between the senior managers and the agents but no one takes any actions. If anyone escalates anonymously, they push it to the senior managers and HR is never added in that email. It's really hectic in Flipkart cx team. I hate the environment. They promote the people from agent to lead and expect them to work like a manager. The managers doesn't work. They give all their works to AMs and AMs pass their work to a lead. All the burden is faced by a lead. End of the day after suffocation, their managers ask them, what great work did you do in last 1 year. Trust me in CX team, leads work more than an agent and managers. New agents doesn't know how to work at all so a lead has to do half of their work. A lead literally works like an agent, supports like an SME, engages with the whole team like a AM, coordinates with other teams like a managers, prepares roster like a WFM guy, work with tech team like a IT guy, coordinates with the HR and after all these things, a lead has to finish his own projects and extra projects which his manager gives him saying you don't have any work. After doing all these things, a lead goes back to his/her home and finishes all the work given by the manager but still he or she is never appreciated by their managers. Where as managers doesn't have any work. They come to office by 11am and leave for home by 7pm. If they have some offline activity or they have a meeting at a pub or bar, they leave by 4pm in the evening to enjoy their evening. Our beloved manager and senior directors give all the work to their juniors and they're always on long leave. They have family friends and on top of that extra-curricular activities in bar/pub.
