If you're 3rd party employee. Think 10000 time before joining.. few managers are so toxic.. they will not even think twice to fire you.. they will call you and force you to resign . They can't tolerate if you grow infront of them.. they will target you. Slient firing is only thing that happens in the back end

1) The job security is zero please don't waste time in Flipkart third party payrolls, they just Overhired all the Candidates and then fired telling Excuse of Ramp down, Hundreds of employees are crying and feel agony by this movement. 2) They Have Managers of Flipkart who never support you in operations how to work, they only give basic understanding by theories,its not helpful. But instead they say Tum ko khud sikhna hoga hum nahi batayenge so LACK OF SUPPORT 3) Company's IT value is under process they never resolve any past problems and still it remains as it is and if your Laptop (which was Company's credentials)are not working they will say you are not working, Means they are saying you are use less instead of their on Laptops are KABADI third class and they point on you Useless minds. 4) Company's Management is still not progress , May be they Are just playing with the intentions of Employees LIKE HIRING FIRING is their game They are not Understanding feelings and intention of Employees So I never ever Recommend any one to join Flipkart by Third-party Payrolls, If you want to join than choose Company Payrolls I wrote this because it doesn't help me but for you it will ! Giving PAN india projects and ask to deliver with less timelines and don't care even in case of medical emergency, I was asked to attend meeting when my daughter was admitted, On Saturday we were having week off my Manager Ajit Nair, he called me on Saturday and said why didn't you attend meeting on Saturday and asked with whose permission you took week off

Process Optimization needs to be done on an active basis and Reworking should be eradicated at operational level. Need to reduce long working hours even beyond the schedule working time for Operations handled category for cross functional Facilities management!

While other companies like Swiggy, if the employee who works after working hours they are paying for those extra hours, Flipkart won't even pay if we are working for Saturday Sunday. Swiggy pays 4k+ per day if you work on Saturday or Sunday.
