I worked for Flipkart from December 2020 to November 2021, and my employee ID was 87440. During my time at Flipkart, I was employed by Ascent HR. I am now 37 years old and unmarried, and I have been struggling to find a stable job since I left Flipkart. I believe that my difficulty in finding a job is due to the fact that I worked for Flipkart on a third-party payroll. Recently, I was offered a job at another company. However, the background verification company for the new company contacted Ascent HR. Ascent HR then demanded that I pay 5,990 rupees in order to clear my background verification. I told Ascent HR that I do not have the money to pay them, but they refused to clear my background verification without payment. They also blocked my PF account....Read More
