Company create much hype in market but reality is different.

1. Particular minority religion has captured majority of leadership positions. In promotion, they promote their community only irrespective of skills. 2. No job security. They hire employees on seasonal basis. After big billion day sale they lay off in bulk stating performance is not good. 3. Work pressure is very high but salary isnot according to that. Worst politics in CX, the leaders are just saving there seats and you can be thrown out any moment. No job security at all in CX. Many people have been asked to leave. HR will not listen if you go with any management issues, they just nod head and same old story continues

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
