As an intern i got to learn much about how supply chain works and is managed. Got great practical knowledge about distribution and service industry.

Dislikes

There's little to dislike abt working at Flipkart. If you work in operations/on floor it can be tough to balance/make equilibrium between work-life but its manageable.

First of all to all the prospective Jobseekers I would like to say that Please just dont go that Flipkart is a big giant / brand etc. Not saying that it is not good but Please look specifically into your work, colleagues, seniors etc. cz that will only affect you after you join the company .

Dislikes

People's policies are good but ultimately it depends on your colleagues and seniors on how their behaviour is. Majority are good but few people might not be that cooperative( which is common in every organisation)

I like the most the employees of the organisation. They are so supportive and always ready to teach us. As an intern I got all the support from them.

It was a great experience. I have learnt a lot. I have learnt about outbound process, inventory, inbound, manpower handling, stress handling. In the 45 days internship I got the overview of warehouse. How warehouse is working and manage.
