You work life depends on your manager. If you are joining through third party payroll then don't expect any hike or promotion and be ready after 1year of you want to stay you will always get a threat to kick you out from the organisation be it FTC / FTE . Salary structure is very poor. Here promotions happen not considering your work or something but if you have source or can oil your manager then there are possibility. Eg: a manager with 10years of operations experience become a analytics manager in a day and given this fact , he will be getting training from the current data analyst employees.
