It is been 3 yrs working here and CS Team is extremely pathetic in terms of skill development, career growth perspective. Managers are always involved in extreme level of politics and ratings are allocated on baised judgement and favouritism. (You have flatter your Manager if you want promotion/rating) Pros: No hierarchy you can approach VP as well for any issues Stakeholders in different orgs are very humble and supportive. Policy are employee friendly Work from home is easily accessible. Overall Flipkart is nice organisation to work however please avoid getting into CS teams...Read More
