I like its benifits, leave, team culture.

Dislikes

Internal management not bother about the employee's thought, and value. Managers are always prefer there references. Policy book is there but management are not want to here a single word from the employee's which are given in policy, untill higher managements are not involved.

Initially Flipkart was known for its working culture but now it's zero this is the true fact. Hybrid model is there , but depends on your manager how it will look like. Nothing good now.

Flipkart hire based on 3rd party payroll, please it's a request don't get hired from them 1. They exploit the employee paying low salary less then market standard, and won't pay you hike till the time you will be there. 2. Flipkart talks about equality among the employees , but in office you will work same as the direct hire people even more , then also any party/ office trip any gifts or benefits from Flipkart you won't be able to enjoy because you are a 3rd party payroll . Mostly they consider you as a road side labour . Cause max managers mentality in analytics department is " If you don't want to stay don't stay, we can hire more people with less salary to work". That means people who are working want to grow their career , they don't have any respect in Flipkart . Special attention should be given to people those who are working in last time operations role (especially G-7 and below roles ) No work life balance and space to discuss things seeks like doctership (Experienced in rest of Karnataka Forced to work by leaders without taking care of even employee health 😞)

What i love about working at flipkart is that every day brings new learning opportunities, its a fantastic environment for skill development and honing people management abilities!

I appreciate many aspect of flipkart, but i have faced challenges in past year with the current manager, there is lack of collaboration and openness to new ideas and work assignments are not well planned, recognition seems rely solely on manger feedback, and during performance discussion, there is focus on trivial matters rather than key performance indicators, this has created a demotivating environment with a lack of acknowledgment for contributions and growth opportunities....Read More

There is not a single thing to like about them. They have a very dull work environemnt and you can see the dissapointment on peoples faces at the start of the day itself

Your manager will fill you up with lies about why you will not get hike/promotion. No work life balance. Post working hours colleagues/lead will keep bothering you. Meeting deadlines every other day. Managers dont know how to work smart. You will be drained within a month

But the most important thing is, too much politics, too much gossips, and partiality with Diversity. Even after having adequate leaves you can't ask for it. Management is biased towards those who are buttering them.
