Job security is the only thing which is to be like in Flexicode technologies. The reason is because no one is like to join here.

Dislikes

Very low career growth. Appraisal was ok, but it happens only when company have fund , not at the correct time. Nothing to learn. Main dislike is the Working Environment. Old systems, damaged chairs, and there is only one toliet.. I never suggest this company to any one.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
