Job security is nill in current situation and I am unfortunately got the worst boss of my life who does not had the capability to judge which employee have knowledge and who does not.

Work Details

Work life do not have any pressure.Unfortunately due to a bad boss our team do not gets good exposure.But currently he is no more with flex so hopefully environment of work will be better.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Salary for 9 YOE for Product configuration designer at Philips R& D Pune

I have interviewed at PHILIPS Pune R&D for role product configuration designer, my cctc is 10.5, what should be my ask for 9 YOE. Pls help with comment as this is my 1st switch, no idea on salary estimate and negotiation part. Thank you.
