Good for entry level jobs
Dislikes
No increment in 2024 for all due financial, where in reven and sales report company is growing YoY basis.
Pune location office is set to be on backfoot for any development, increment and promotions. Might plan for closure or shifting to different city.
Growth plan is very minimal or limited for mid-senior level position.

A high attrition rate at these levels reflects underlying dissatisfaction that needs immediate attention.

Previous Experience and Skills Ignored: Employee evaluations do not consider prior experience or individual skill sets, leading to frustration and disengagement.
Unfair Promotion Practices: Deserving candidates should be recognized based on merit and performance rather than having to request or “beg” for increments or promotions.
Need for Transparent Evaluation: A clear and fair evaluation process is essential to retain talent and ensure employee satisfaction.
