Open Door Policy - Any employee can approach any senior leader anytime. This was good to see leaders and employees sitting next to each other at workplace. Friendly HR - HR Team is always ready to support. In an emergency, I called payroll guy in mid of night asking for medical insurance card and i got that in 15 minutes from him. Ambience - Excellent ambience.

IN house canteen should have more options in lunch. there should be more tax saving tools provided by employer.

Freedom of working, no one is going to ask or monitor your day by day task unless you failed the deadline. All departments are strongly connected with each other to solve any issue

KRAs are not fixed here, being a customer success manager we also have to bother about sales target whearas there is a seperate sales structure who will grasp your potential sales from existing clients also. Only sales people are valuable for organization others are not doing anything for them whereas CS team is holding those clients who are key stakes to generate revenue. They bring in employees without a clear understanding of their roles, expecting them to fix years of mismanagement in just a few months—with little to no training.
