Nothing - Just that it gave me a job and because of that I am able to pay my bills.

The list goes on and on 1) SAPIENCE- A tool that is supposed to calculate your productivity but is actually something because of which people are most unproductive 2) They are not running a company but a school where you need to reach office at a certain time and stay there for 8 hours, even if there’s not much to do 3) They cannot a ccept the fact that we have a life outside office and we are expected to be available even after office hours 4) Very less hike and 1 promotion may take atleast 4-5 years 5) No interesting or challenging work, you will not learn anything. Fiserv acquired First data after that Fiserv culture have spoiled a lot. Apart from First data, Fiserv have excellent process and cuture. Go with good package, hikes won’t be good
