To be frank there's nothing out of the box here which is making it a great place to work. Literally no perks at all, salary hikes are a myth here and promotions haha you can get one after working for 6-7 years on that same role. They might change your role but it would be a dry promotion. You might get frequent promotions if you belong to the LGBTQ group.

Dislikes

The way they have kept monitoring on hours on each and every laptop, you need to complete 8 hours in the app as well as on the floor. which means you should be working on your laptop for 8 hours apart from that you need to be present in the office premise atlease of 8 hours. It might sound easy but considering travelling time, lunch, and other breaks that usually corporate employees take you will have to sit till 11 pm to get those 8 hours on board....Read More

Fiserv original culture but that is not existing anymore after the merging, nothing so far.

Right now disliking everything seriously. Even after multiple complaints about resource crunch they are not providing any to the team instead upper management will say you should know about everything even if that's not your technology you should do that work without any appreciation and promotion or hike is a joke. From managers to upper management every single time will tell you that if you have any complaints about anyone you should leave this organization. micro- management in everything, complete 8 hours in time tracking tool is disaster and they say worklife balance is our tagline (lol)....Read More
