Fiserv was excellent before First data merger.

Dislikes

Fiserv India has become worst company to work with post First data merger. Macro management at all level. Senior leadership of Original Fiserv leaving Organization day by day. No Focus on client or associates. New Organization is not treating well. NO HR discussions, if you put point to HR, they just ignore. Favouritism on all levels. Till 2019 Fiserv was a dream company and one of the best place to work due its work culture, flexible timing and employee welfare but everything is gone after acquisitions of first data.

At Fiserv, you can expect bullying on the name of politics. Managers are partial. They just need some to butter them always. The more u butter the more u can make ur job safe. No appreciation to anyone for good work. If you want experience extreme politics, you are welcome.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
