Micro management -(firstIn LastOut) Sapience tool where we need to log 8 hrs but for that we need to move the mouse 11 hrs. 8 hrs in office must , no WFH option sudden layoff even if you gave 100% to work (That's what i did : ) No benefits except health insurance

Fiserv is a place which thinks minimal of its employees. Worst work life balance they have a tool which micromanages you and your task. Job security is really bad they just fire by saying does not have project requiremt and will not try to reallocate you if there product is closing .

The list goes on and on 1) SAPIENCE- A tool that is supposed to calculate your productivity but is actually something because of which people are most unproductive 2) They are not running a company but a school where you need to reach office at a certain time and stay there for 8 hours, even if there’s not much to do 3) They cannot accept the fact that we have a life outside office and we are expected to be available even after office hours 4) Very less hike and 1 promotion may take atleast 4-5 years 5) No interesting or challenging work, you will not learn anything. I strongly advise against joining or rejoining Fiserv, no matter how attractive the salary offer may seem. This company mandates 8 hours in the office and imposes 8-hour screen monitoring tools on laptops, making life unbearable. While they might offer you a higher salary, remember that no amount of money can compensate for your freedom and well-being. Choose life over money. I made the mistake of rejoining this organization, and it felt like I was walking back into prison. The work culture, especially in the Digital Banking unit is toxic and riddled with office politics. If you are considering joining the RXP or CFN UI projects, be prepared to say goodbye to your personal life - you'll be entering a world of constant stress. I was part of the Pune team, and it was the worst experience I've had in my career. Many people there have been with the company for over a decade, and they wield their seniority through dirty office politics. The Product Owner in Pune was tough to work with - the worst person I've encountered professionally. Every day, I was under immense mental stress due to the toxic environment. To make matters worse, they judge you solely on your knowledge of their products, ignoring your technical skills. Dislikes

New management and new policies were changed which is against employee benefits, flexibility of work hours, and cancelled hybrid option. No employee benefits nowadays.

Less work for new joiners. Average hike is better than service based companies.

Most of the employees are working for more than 8-10 years. They have their friends group who get better hikes and promotions. Especially those who discuss stock market with managers. Management is worst in terms of delivery- they don't know what to deliver and when to deliver. Core banking products and management both are worst especially deposit solution group. My ex manager was very good and supportive. He helped me and walk through with tough Challenges. But new project new Manager was unsupportive.

If you rolling around manager or senior manager and going with them with a cup of tea then you will be able to set in fiserv .there is no increment upon your skills development. Just go for a tea or chatto sirf then your job is safe

The only perk is its banking domain and you get a mnc tag in your resume. N u get timely salary that's it

Too much of micromanagement. U have sapience on which u need clock 8 hrs for that u need to work atleast 10-11 hrs. The technology stack is very old. U don't get to learn.
