I like the people I used to work with in this company. Very few are left now with constant layoffs every quarter.

This was my Dream company when I joined. But after the merger it has become FirstData internally only the name of Fiserv has remains. They FD mgmt stratergically removed all the Fiserv mgmt or made them to quit. All the upper mgmt now in the company is just old time colleagues of each other mostly from JPMC. So, there is hell for you if your mngr is bad. Too much micromanagement. Every day Sapience required for 8 hours. you require to be 12 hours ahead of computer to meet the same. 5 days in office, they monitor badge-in and badge-out required to have 9 hours. All the talented people already left or layoff. No help available. If you are not one of the boot-licker forget about promotions. No on-site opportunities, as company don't want to sponsor visa's anymore....Read More

Fiserv is a place which thinks minimal of its employees. Worst work life balance they have a tool which micromanages you and your task. Job security is really bad they just fire by saying does not have project requiremt and will not try to reallocate you if there product is closing .

I strongly advise against joining or rejoining Fiserv, no matter how attractive the salary offer may seem. This company mandates 8 hours in the office and imposes 8-hour screen monitoring tools on laptops, making life unbearable. While they might offer you a higher salary, remember that no amount of money can compensate for your freedom and well-being. Choose life over money. I made the mistake of rejoining this organization, and it felt like I was walking back into prison. The work culture, especially in the Digital Banking unit is toxic and riddled with office politics. If you are considering joining the RXP or CFN UI projects, be prepared to say goodbye to your personal life - you'll be entering a world of constant stress. I was part of the Pune team, and it was the worst experience I've had in my career. Many people there have been with the company for over a decade, and they wield their seniority through dirty office politics. If you rolling around manager or senior manager and going with them with a cup of tea then you will be able to set in fiserv .there is no increment upon your skills development. Just go for a tea or chatto sirf then your job is safe
