Thank you , but I would say worst office culture in Guwahati WH. Too much partiality and biasness . As i was young employee in Guwahati WH and i was not from Assam so they used to neglected me for no reason and Our HR sagardeep & AM Siddharta kundu they don't know how to run they office as they are worst management I ever worked under. As being AM in Guwahati WH Siddharth kundu he himself doesn't know any kind of work and he cant take a stand for employees only supporting Local employees. Thank you Best wishes...Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
