I have worked for 1.9 yrs with firstcry and HR department is so toxic to work bcz of politics and biasness nature of managers. It was Too hard to manage work-life balance as they think leaving office on time means you have no productivity and staying late night at office means you are a hard worker. I joined this company on the onset of my career and being a female employee I have stayed there till 9-10 pm. It has kept on happening 3-4 days in a week. There were too many things have happened and has been happening with others which can't be written in one paragraph. Overall it was my horrible worst experience with firstcry. I would really not go there again till the same management of there....Read More
