It's a great place to work. I will suggest a better integration program is adopted to enable changes in departments by an existing employee based on career paths on the management portal to be smooth. It becomes difficult when one moves from one unit to the other and becomes frustrated for lack of learning or proper hand-holding andyou are expected to perform at maximum potential immediately. The learning or training process upon movement from one unit to the other should be smooth and proper orientation given to supervisors on how to handle employees who are new to the unit, so that there is an understanding that there will be a hand-holding period for the new staff(existing employee but new in the unit or new line of responsibility). Supervisors should be educated more on how to work as a team, it's an official environment, it's important that supervisors motivate staff, not intimidate them, otherwise, productivity will come from a place of fear and not ownership of the job and targets and with this comes the desire to leave the unit as quickly as possible or possibly exit the bank at the slightest opportunity....Read More

My work is great. Although, I find it very challenging due to the issues that bother on settling in the new unit I was moved to within the same division. Generally it's ok.

Fcmb made me confidential,I faced challenges with most customers making them know that my product is the best.I am over joy when ever I convinced a customer.I and my team mates help each other in terms of difficulties.it is an experience I will never forget.

Most times politics are being played.I mean not giving out award to the beneficiary.some times it kills my moral.but most times it boost up my moral to work because I love how I convince customers to buy my products.

The salary is small compared to other bank but fcmb gives right to earn more compensation and bonus on certain product.... So u can earn higher than people in ur grade

It was really great working there,because I had much experience, there is no promotion, no HMO, the branch manager is not worth working with Charles ogeleka, he raises fake expense, the management should investigate diesel in the branch cos instead of 200 litres,180 litres is been supplied, the 20 litres goes to manager. I can prove it

There's much fake expense in Onipanu branch, and i can prove it, there are some receipt without phone number and all, it's fake

The Bank is open to innovation and constructive criticizem . Especially, in the area of given listening ear to the issue of strong and aggressive advertisement. Compared to what it use to be as far back as 2011 when i join the bank.

Please, working with FCMB was one the best job I have done ever. But I kindly pled for and assistance a staff of FCMB named Kinoshi Victoria at Abeokuta branch is owing my Bank Astra Polaris MFB loan and she is not remorseful and not ready to pay up. I will be glad if this can be looked into as this is affecting my salary
