Great work environment. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. Company policies are good. It suits freshers and for people who want to stop job chase and settle. Technologies are sometimes a bit legacy based but are moving to cloud slowly.

Compensation is good but not the best in market. They have very strict information security policy which kinda makes the development process a bit long and a bit less fun.

Work life balance is good. They give ample amount leaves to relax and don't encourage people to work more than required hours per day. They encourage lot of learning. Late night meetings might extend a bit but those types are kept to at most 1 or 2/week
