First of all sorry to write an negative review for a company which provided me an job and source of Income for 11 years, my frustrations are not with the company but with the bloody managers Job Security: Job security is Excellent I worked from 2006 till 2017. Even in 2008 recession when all the US companies fired people, First American didn’t as they had an Robust Operations and Cash flow as it’s an 130 years company, unless you point out Manager’s of their wrong doings. HR head is of now use as they are all together corrupt Work Culture: i)Work culture Was Pathetic when I worked as Team lead I had to monitor break timings of my people and record late comers and document the same in emails. Management asked us to be very Strict for Leaves/Break timings/Targets but when people complain to higher management they would again question us why Iam so Strict but the next day they would again issue orders to be Strict, ii)being an Team lead I had to spend lot on some one’s Farewell party especially If it was an Senior manager a huge hole in my pocket, iii) Work hours was 8 hours but as Team lead I had to work Double Shift i.e. 16 hours and on weekends, I wasn’t paid for the extra hours worked as the Top manager’s used to claim Iam not in production but the team members were being paid for Extra hours I had an Manager who wanted me to go to his cabin and greet him and smile at him each day, when I denied I can’t do all such stuffs he said Iam in his Radar and would target me I was never promoted to next level despite my Clients had an huge Appreciation towards me but other Leads were promoted despite they had issue with clients and were the reason for Process shutdowns but they had good Rapport with managers This was one of the few BPO companies who accepted open university Education hence I had to work there for long tenure despite all ODDs as I had 7 personal loans and 12 credit card dues which I had taken to support my Family....Read More

Top level managers who only get along with their Girlfriend/s provide opportunities only to them leaving behind the Talented ones First American had an free Insurance policy which helped my Family to undergo Critical heart and brain operations for free of cost and Salary was credited on time every month, Iam indebted to this company from the bottom of my heart and will bless this company at the same time the Managers was an Night mare...Read More
