Senior management is there to please their US counterparts, cannot independently take decisions and back it's employees. Forces employees to work after shift. Too much pressure on seniors. No job security, they're laying off people.

Terrible work culture!! toothless senior management at FAI !! 90% of senior management working there from more than a decade and behave as if org is there own property, they dont have skill set and ability to manage their US counterparts and simply transfer the blame on new comers and subordinates

All employees in FAI s are very old and they started career from them and keep on recruiting new engineer manager and if something new bringing there , these people feel uncomfortable and complain with HR . Director s and VP will not support you if any complaint s on you. Director s will pressurise you to get things done from your subordinate at same time.if subordinate complaint on work pressure with HR, you will not get any support from them.
