Politics, No proper regonization, if you are good wrap up with manager you can change your title to BSA, Product manager whatever they want to be and can eat others head without knowing basic things, Lot of unwanted meetings Honestly if you are able to laugh clap for manager leads silly ideas jokes you can live forever in FAI or they will corner you and make you leave the company.

Terrible work culture!! toothless senior management at FAI !! 90% of senior management working there from more than a decade and behave as if org is there own property, they dont have skill set and ability to manage their US counterparts and simply transfer the blame on new comers and subordinates

All employees in FAI s are very old and they started career from them and keep on recruiting new engineer manager and if something new bringing there , these people feel uncomfortable and complain with HR . Director s and VP will not support you if any complaint s on you. Director s will pressurise you to get things done from your subordinate at same time.if subordinate complaint on work pressure with HR, you will not get any support from them.
