No proper Knowledge transfer on existing applications. No support from manager.

No proper knowledge transfer for new joiners. No proper plan for up skilling for application and projects. They will plan for one skill and will ask to work another tool. No proper support from manager.

Worst Work culture, micromanagement and clarity on responsibilities is not good. Silent layoffs happening forcing people to resign right then and there has been the norm. Management is clueless about the VMG.

Terrible work culture!! toothless senior management at FAI !! 90% of senior management working there from more than a decade and behave as if org is there own property, they dont have skill set and ability to manage their US counterparts and simply transfer the blame on new comers and subordinates

All employees in FAI s are very old and they started career from them and keep on recruiting new engineer manager and if something new bringing there , these people feel uncomfortable and complain with HR . Director s and VP will not support you if any complaint s on you. Director s will pressurise you to get things done from your subordinate at same time.if subordinate complaint on work pressure with HR, you will not get any support from them.
