They hire telling .net requirement and give you cloud work and force you to work in cloud.Lot of internal politics. They ask for feedback but when you give they don't take it. 4 -5 hours daily unnecessary meetings.Join if you want to waste your time, health and career.

Offshore Management most of them are good. People are nice.

Work is under pressure . Us leaders don't even consider india team. But only as task executors. No one team concept. Salary is not matching industry std. No 360 feedback system. Firing rate is very high.

Senior management is there to please their US counterparts, cannot independently take decisions and back it's employees. Forces employees to work after shift. Too much pressure on seniors. No job security, they're laying off people.
