I did not like company bond policy, associated bond amount, firing policy. Additionally very limited hikes. If you want to join this company my suggestion is go for even less salary with no bond but don't join FAI.

Offshore Management most of them are good. People are nice.

Dislikes

Work is under pressure . Us leaders don't even consider india team. But only as task executors. No one team concept. Salary is not matching industry std. No 360 feedback system. Firing rate is very high.

Senior management is there to please their US counterparts, cannot independently take decisions and back it's employees. Forces employees to work after shift. Too much pressure on seniors. No job security, they're laying off people.
