The company change from nthrive to savista and there is nothing that i like about the company but just the activities they organise sometimes is good .

Worked in the company as fresher for more thn a year ... Culture of this company is terrible, there is college culture, they don't behave professionally and colleagues don't focus on the work instead of this they are more interested in gossiping and spreading rumour for others. There are alot of incidents happened with girls but they always take side of the colleague who is more experienced and the person who have good approach with staff. Worst company ever , they mentally torcher and provoke colleagues ( specially the girls ), i have seen alot of girls leaving the organization because of the fake rumours they spread. Don't join this organization if you want mental peace. Boys be passing cheap comments and if you make a complaint against them.. upper management always takes there side. In the end you have to leave the organization because then they starts boycotting you. And when you leave the organization they starts flaunting that she was against us so this happened to her....Read More

Job security 90% , work culture is ok ok , company policies are also okay okay not so good not so bad , politics 50%, not so good incentive plain , No work load, teammates are supportive, management is transparent. Appraisal are not fair they dont give salary hike

Politics are there also they not giving decent salary career growth is slow , basic training is good but process training is bad , every trainer has their different theory which is very confusing for bignner

It was quite good ! Struggle in the beginning but after few months i learnt everything by my own and with the help of my teammate then my journey is quite smooth.
