Everything is worst,lots of politics in there company managers are not supportive even upper management people are brainless.target pressure is unbearable and unrealistic,no product development is there.no appraisal no incentives.

Biasness on base of religion, no proper rules for promotion and increment you won't get any if you don't have good communication with your ZM, no HR policies, you cannot talk or report anything to anyone, no proper work culture, manager will ask you to collect his personal work not related to KRA or even office, no proper salary credit timing.

Very bad corporate ever work in last 8years. just a name as company but no management at all. Very much bais from manager, given opportunity to those who don't get confirmation but no opportunity to employee who work more then 2years in company. Very bad salary structure and no incentive structure inspite of hardcore sales. No medical benefits to employee who suffer from serious injury during on duty, even manager and colleagues doesn't have manners to look after during hospitalization....Read More
