Utility workingGood work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

see example There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you can not resign

Though its a private (family owned business) but it feels like you are working in government company because the average age here is 40+ and people wont accept a new process frequently.

Dislikes

No authority on decision making for the managers or supervisors. No job security and no new opportunities.

Boring for sales team at HO but working in marcom team is good but too risky.
