Because they give big area in previous time, but currently it's not give proper work area, & not execute new idea form taken in lower level employee.

Not take any idea from lower level employee, not promote experience old employee, not respect to know old employee not give promotion & T.A is very low, Every week chang working strategies. Low quality machine sales, force to lower level employee. Merchant & Dbr problem are not short out quickly, Back end team very slow, not responce mail in proper time, all problem are solve hard copy. Or paper work, Mail are not access any areas it's restricted in pc, Upper level employee are not know fintech product & it's system. Are not know geography in local area. If you work in Fino, you get your salary on time but there is a lot of problem in making claims like travel claims.
