This company joins job seeker as payment bank but then transfers towards micro finance recovery executive. Frustrate them to intend towards work because they takes original documents of fresher.Experience employee may get targeted to work for recovery of their own fraudulent disbursement recovery .old micro lender women's are also unsatisfied. Management is towards there old product that is microfinance . Lending of money to poor women with target business . Takes employee to work for payment bank but after one month shift to micro finance as intrepid finance and leasing services.
