No job security, bad working culture, worst management ever i have seen , no leave policies, unnecessary pressure of late sitting for men and women. HR management dont know how to speak with their staff and colleague.

They dont give you salary on time, worst customer services with unnecessary penalty charges, the way of collection to customer is very very bad they use to abuse and harras their customer and staff also. Management is the Worst. The company has a lot of policy for employees but no policy for themeselves. They don't even pay salaries on time. Worst Company I have ever worked in my entire work life. Employees don't have the right to speech. Admin doesn't know what is her job role & she has a lot of EGO Problem. HR is working there as a Puppet. He just has to follow admin words. He doesn't have the right to approve the leave of any Employee. HR is just a puppet there.
