Financepeer is one of the best company in term of employee satisfaction. Management and founders of the company are committed to provide best work culture among the employees. This is first organization where i have found that any employee can reach out directly to CEO & COO for any kind of the his / her concern. Company is providing plenty of opportunities within the company to grow ourselves. I have been working form the last one and half year found very positive & satisfactory level from all the way. Even in lockdown where other companies have expelled people from their company or cut down the salary, Financepeer kept on hold to keep all employees and did not do the deduction in salary structure. As a start-up it was very difficult for mange all this situation, Where big companies failed to manage in lockdown but Financepeer gave security of our jobs in those critical situation. Working hours form 9:30 Am to 6:00 PM, As we work so much that we forget the time when the day goes off. Team mates are very supportive and helping to each other.

The manager of dehradun team Mrs Kamya Arora is very arrogant and when senior head who is at Mumbai Miss Jinal Trivedi is also very rude and impolite person. Both will show you how that can use there positions to degrade you and how there favour can save impolite and non performing employees from getting eliminated from company. No one in the company has a professional approach and no one in company knows how to talk to someone in a professional way. They will keep insulting u every now and then. No appreciation for hard work done and constant comparison from other employee that they are better than is there because that employee is having some one or the Godfather or mother in the company. Even you work out of duty hours they will keep handing you the work saying u r a new employee and hence no work life balance 24hrs are also less to work here.
