I dislike the authoritative leadership they have in place. Look, I have many good ideas, and I tried to move them forward, trying to help the company. But from my position I am not allowed to suggest any improvements. I am supposed to follow the orders of my superior, and that's it.

The job is very interesting I couldn't understood in the beginning and later on it became very interesting and enjoyable. Since new Head of sales joined I have learned new tricks of the trade.

Excellent work culture. Teammates are helpful and management is best. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair, they give good salary.

There is too much intererence of finance department in sales affairs. Growth very slow. Training is not given to the new employees.
