The company was good to work for till it lasted an then one fine day we were told our process was shutting and were forced to join another company. After working for 1.5 years with the company didn't get a hike and the company we were being moved too which was teleperformance was ruthless and had the audacity to offer 600 ruppees more than what I was drawing...Read More

It was good in the beginning and then there were just lot of pressure to perform and the pressure was put on groups and not on individuals which led to pressure being put on people who were already giving their 100% to cover the slack of others.. there were some practices by the managers which supported or even rewarded poor performances like they used to be taken of off floor and still get paid while others were taking care of the scores</mark>. The company is good
On time salary.
But there was no increment due to Covid time.
And due to process change many things changed.
All Leaders will b same like in all companies who just care for there work but there was one Deepak Kumar Gupta he was my team leader.
If you luckily arealigned under his team.
Those will be your golden days.
He is gem of a person.
Main thing is they did not fire employees even during Covid.
They just shifted there process so there is job security also.
I left due to some family business issue.
Full and final was also done within 60 days.
