I worked in mortgage - Field service team - the team support is outstanding - but too much work pressure and for field service process as a analyst salary is not satisfied. Actually working hours is 8, but all employees will work for more than 12 to 14 hours to complete their assigned work or targets. Every employee is always ready support team but not every day.
