Learning platforms and learning days are great, but it would be even better if we weren't indirectly asked to do work. Also, free cab services is a nice addition

Dislikes

Recognition and accurate feedback are often elusive unless you have a close relationship with your Tech Lead or Scrum Master. Managers/CLs could better evaluate employees' contributions by considering multiple perspectives rather than relying on feedback from a single team member. Favoritism significantly impacts appraisals and promotions.

Work life balance is good. Flexible work timings . Perks are average. Medical insurance is good.

Dislikes

Fidelity looked to be a great place which had good job security. But now things looks to be changing. Mandatory last (IP) ratings , Based on managers preferential treatment for some associates ,silent politics . Networking is a very key aspect for individuals career. It looks like they are taking measures to force people move out on their own.

Dislikes

The middle level management are mainly toxic male managers who don't promote equity. Some managers have their gang and you need to act according to them to stay happy in the team. Chapter leads are a waste of position.

If you are smart enough to handle internal politics you will have good time here and good learning. Enough learning opportunities if you ask for it . Company itself has good perks like free transport , food coupons ,snacks etc.

Dislikes

The hybrid model is different and isn't working and they have started micromanaging attendence during onsite or connect time . Long timers have favourites and won't let others growth and get opportunities. Honestly have felt linguistic issue in Karnataka office , people keep speaking about work also in local language and if you observe around you there will be more people from wherever your managee is .Posts will offten be internally filled with these same language favourites....Read More

Domain which I worked in Fidelity was a continuous learning process, it helped me gain knowledge on Retirement system. It was fun learning the domain, it gave exposure to all related cross functional teams and the related process.

Dislikes

Knowledge transfer does not happen properly.

The company provides everything that is needed for an individual in a day to day basis and employees are friendly to new joiners.

Dislikes

They don’t provide challenging work that has a good impact on one’s satisfaction. The pay compared to the counterparts are very less. The pay scale revision for certain roles have not been done for the past 10 years. The stipend they provide during internship needs a serious revision.

Good culture in the company Good learning opportunities if you go after them Opportunity to move across job roles - your manager does not need to approve (at least policy is like this).

Dislikes

Career stagnation as you grow higher (Director). Many such people moving out and/or asked to leave now. These roles were created only 2 years ago. Compensation (including structure) is not great. Many other smaller companies structure the compensation to help reduce income tax for employees. Nothing of that sort here. You're on yourown paying high taxes.
