Learning platforms and learning days are great, but it would be even better if we weren't indirectly asked to do work. Also, free cab services is a nice addition
Recognition and accurate feedback are often elusive unless you have a close relationship with your Tech Lead or Scrum Master. Managers/CLs could better evaluate employees' contributions by considering multiple perspectives rather than relying on feedback from a single team member. Favoritism significantly impacts appraisals and promotions.

Fidelity looked to be a great place which had good job security. But now things looks to be changing. Mandatory last (IP) ratings , Based on managers preferential treatment for some associates ,silent politics . Networking is a very key aspect for individuals career. It looks like they are taking measures to force people move out on their own.

If you are smart enough to handle internal politics you will have good time here and good learning. Enough learning opportunities if you ask for it . Company itself has good perks like free transport , food coupons ,snacks etc.
The hybrid model is different and isn't working and they have started micromanaging attendence during onsite or connect time . Long timers have favourites and won't let others growth and get opportunities. Honestly have felt linguistic issue in Karnataka office , people keep speaking about work also in local language and if you observe around you there will be more people from wherever your managee is .Posts will offten be internally filled with these same language favourites....Read More
