Career stagnation as you grow higher (Director). Many such people moving out and/or asked to leave now. These roles were created only 2 years ago. Compensation (including structure) is not great. Many other smaller companies structure the compensation to help reduce income tax for employees. Nothing of that sort here. You're on yourown paying high taxes. Without "bech", you're always out of people to run the organisation. Backfill takes at least 4-6 months....Read More

Top management is not hands on and have no knowledge on domain, product and technically very weak. HR people are dumb but very powerful and calls shots. High bureaucratic and political environment.
