FHI 360 is great place to work with. Clear targets and good support to achieve the targets. Carrier and growth opportunities are limited. work satisfaction level is very high. Overall experience with FHI 360 is high. I have long and reach experience over two decades in Africa and South East Asia. I will be more than happy to handle the healthcare projects in these regions.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent. However, due to lack of new projects future is dark. HR can interact with managers to find if employees are capable of handling jobs in other regions at international locations.

Worked as Country Director. Managed entire marketing team & office staff. Meeting doctors, healthcare & Medical professionals to achieve FHI goal of reducing infant deaths by promoting Zinc & ORS, Train work with field staff (over 150), managing expenses.
