No hike,If you do bug incentives it would not be releade no leaves on emergencied also some one dies and no job security you'll be fired at any time on a silly mistakes also i dont like all this and envoirment is good without the CEO

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
