I recently had a disappointing experience with Festo, particularly regarding their firing practices. The company’s lack of transparency and support during the termination process was shocking. Employees were often left in the dark about their performance issues and the communication from management was lacking and inconsistent. Moreover, the overall atmosphere felt unprofessional, as the decisions seemed arbitrary and poorly justified. It’s disheartening to see a company that claims to value its employees act in such a dismissive manner.
