This review is specifically for India location Canteen Facility : 1) They provide worst food for breakfast and lunch 2) Even after giving feedback about food quality there is NO use, as the feedback is taken for document purpose only. Work Culture : Extreme, highest level of toxicity, senior management level people always keep poking their nose in other's daily routine without any relevancy. High level of micro management takes place on daily basis Don't join this org, a person will lose their mental balance. There is a person named "Jyoti Swaroop Doddi", he is the perfect example for NARCISSIST. He gives mental harassment with irrelevant demands that are no way related to the job profile and the daily tasks & highest level of daily basis torture. He is extremely insecure of new joiners, pushes a person into mental agony & depression. Every alternate day he conducts one to one meeting in the cabin & makes the employee beg for mercy from his torture. In spite of raising the mental harassment complaint to the senior management, there was NO action taken against this person, instead my opinion was suppressed from the senior management and I was informed not to disclose this complaint to my colleagues. Higher management has NO work ethics. My biggest mistake was, even after reading the negative reviews about the Indian management, I joined the org, hoping that in reality the situation might be different. I recently had a disappointing experience with Festo, particularly regarding their firing practices. The company’s lack of transparency and support during the termination process was shocking. Employees were often left in the dark about their performance issues and the communication from management was lacking and inconsistent. Moreover, the overall atmosphere felt unprofessional, as the decisions seemed arbitrary and poorly justified. It’s disheartening to see a company that claims to value its employees act in such a dismissive manner. I expected more from a reputable organization and this experience has left me questioning their commitment to a positive workplace culture.
