Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join us. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data analysis, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the collection, cleaning, and analysis of large and complex data sets to support business operations (sales, operations, web analytics, marketing…).
• Develop and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive business insights.
• Develop and present comprehensive data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Conceptualize, follow up and deliver analytics projects, including definition of KPIs, creation and communication of insights, and project definitions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a sales or business analytics role.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and technical leadership
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and experience with large-scale cloud data analysis frameworks
• Proficiency in Python and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Ability to extract and translate business metrics and questions from data sets into well-documented and actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data-driven insights clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
