I didn't get permanent platform

I was making an assemble of pneumatic valves and cylinders and mounting to panels and cabinets as per the customer demand.. Also Giving an electrical connection for actuating valves etc

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I recently had a disappointing experience with Festo, particularly regarding their firing practices. The company’s lack of transparency and support during the termination process was shocking. Employees were often left in the dark about their performance issues and the communication from management was lacking and inconsistent. Moreover, the overall atmosphere felt unprofessional, as the decisions seemed arbitrary and poorly justified. It’s disheartening to see a company that claims to value its employees act in such a dismissive manner. I expected more from a reputable organization and this experience has left me questioning their commitment to a positive workplace culture. Never ever dare to join the Festo if you want stability and job security especially IT Guys....Read More
