Very good system of the company if correctly implemented by middle management. But they force team members to implement their own version of system.

It feels like front line Sales people are serving two master. One is company management and policy and other one is managers and regional Sales head.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Festo, particularly regarding their firing practices. The company’s lack of transparency and support during the termination process was shocking. Employees were often left in the dark about their performance issues and the communication from management was lacking and inconsistent. Moreover, the overall atmosphere felt unprofessional, as the decisions seemed arbitrary and poorly justified. It’s disheartening to see a company that claims to value its employees act in such a dismissive manner. I expected more from a reputable organization and this experience has left me questioning their commitment to a positive workplace culture.
