Some TLs are so supported like "Pankaj Mohan". They are always ready to help out in every situation. He is really so cooperative.

Dislikes

There is no direct shift for the employees who are working free home. Whenever you ll ask for any direct shift they will pressurise you to manage and will provide you split shift. Which shouldn't be happen, even after giving 11 hours of productivity on occasions you can never expect any over time incentive. Literally you guys should work on it.

Being a part of this company was one of the biggest mistakes. The people try to be so nice but at the end of the ay they are so toxic and more importantly there is no women security as boys here deliberately get close to girls and just a few months back we also had one escalation to which management reacted in general way..

The company has no growth options in terms of salary and experience for new joiners. They need a person who has no motive in his life and only works as per there needs. Work flow is so high just because of there poor services. They also changed there polices regarding alot of things and also the Tl goes as per there mood here.
