It has a very flexible working hours and location. They focus on the deliverables, not the number of houra punched in etc.

Dislikes

There's nothing much to say here, small inconveniences are there in all jobs, but the management here is open to help with options to make it a better working space.

It's balanced, as they are work driven not hour driven.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
